Some car owners boot their own cars to stop them from being stolen.
Bet it was an STI or EVO.

Some people put boots on their own cars for security. I see that happen pretty often.

I was walking down Erie in front of Michael's Pizza and I noticed a guy putting a small red boot on a car. I thought it was kind of weird because he wasn't wearing any kind of uniform.
Then I thought, maybe someone parked in front of his garage preventing him from getting out so he booted them until a tow company or the parking cart comes around. Does this happen often?
