the backpack had a blackberry inside that had an alarm ringing -- apparently the owner had set the alarm as a reminder to take a medicine.

It was suspended by 7:15 or so. I know because that's when I tried to get back home from WTC. Just got home now.

Must be big. They were investigating a backpack under the benches yesterday morning and only taped off the bench area.

I got a notice via PATH alerts a few minutes ago that ALL train service is suspended due to "police activity." usually this kind of notice is line-specific (i.e. JSQ to WTC etc) for the whole network to be suspended, this suggests something bigger like a bomb scare etc. anyone know what's going on?
