The projects? Yes, very close. Johnston is a little ways away though, near Corneilison, Pacific, etc..

It says she's from Johnston Ave, not Montgomery Projects. There's just where she was throwing down.

Jersey City woman refuses to leave area, gets arrested for fighting
Wednesday, August 25, 2010 By MICHAELANGELO CONTE JOURNAL STAFF WRITER A Jersey City woman was arrested by police officers Sunday when she refused to stop fighting with another woman, officials said yesterday. Crystal Alvarado, 21, of Johnston Avenue, was arrested at 2:33 p.m. at the Montgomery Gardens housing complex and charged with disorderly conduct, failure to disperse and obstructing a government function, reports said. The officers were on their way to an unrelated street fight near The Beacon condo complex on Montgomery Street when they came across a man and woman fighting at the housing complex, reports said. Alvarado was running toward the fight and after refusing orders to leave, she began fighting with the other woman, reports said. Others in the area began assaulting Alvarado and when police managed to break up the crowd, Alvarado still refused to stop fighting with the other woman, reports said, adding that the officers handcuffed Alvarado. At the West District police precinct, Alvarado complained of injuries to her face suffered during the fight and an ambulance came to the police station, but Alvarado refused further medical attention, reports said.
