The victim, a resident of Monticello Avenue, said he was at a park on Monticello near Bramhall Avenue at about 9 p.m. when a man rode by and shot him with a small black automatic handgun from a distance of about five feet, reports said. The victim could only describe his attacker as a black male, roughly 19 years old, reports said. A friend, who was with the victim, told police he didn't hear or see anything, reports said.
