What happens when a person decides to do their business while people are eating? I actually saw a lady squat and relieve herself on the sidewalk next to where people were eating brunch at Bar Majestic last weekend. She didn't even curb herself!

I know South City Grill usually has a bowl of water by the outdoor seating. While there may be some exceptions, most dog owners who would want to bring their dog out to eat are also the responsible and considerate type .

One, there's no such thing as a well-behaved dog. That's like telling me your in a perfect relationship, your lying to me!

Good restaurants, as few as they are in our city, should be cautious about being dog friendly, it could really cost them.

i'll be sure to brush her hair into your cup, so you can be the newest internet sensation, one dork, one cup.

it was just a question. some/most normal people don't mind if a well-behaved dog sits outside whilst one enjoys a beer. and that is why some places are "friendly" while other places are not. and since i respect that some establishments might not want to be dog friendly because of people like you, i am asking the question.

I think anywhere with outdoor seating is fine. I've definitely seen people with dogs at Mme. Claude's and Marco y Pepe (outside only, though).

I know in NYC bars that don't serve food are usually dog-friendly (or, at least, it's up to the owner not the health code). Not sure if that applies in JC - interested to hear about others' experiences.

And it's not a restaurant, but Jersey Wine & Spirits is very dog-friendly (with dog biscuits on the counter).

One time at More they let a friend take his dog onto the back patio - not sure if this is standard policy or if they were making an exception for us

I see people bringing their pups to the beer garden during the day.
