If they didn't get it there they would just walk to the deli around the block. That being the case, this may be a good way to keep kids from wandering too far off.

I also don't think the school has any jurisdiction when it comes to food vendors outside the school.

I usually see the students spending their disposible cooporate income drinking coffee at The Legal Grind on Grand. They must have the jurisdiction because the street is closed during school hours.

If you don't know why it's pathetic to have this type of food for sale to HS students, nothing to say. Lack of food in Paulus Hook was funny tho, and it's lack of amenities in general.

Just two of many sites that can let you know why this is wrong.
Obesity, diabetes.......etc.

Whenever I walk on the portion of Warren Street that runs by Saint Peters Prep downtown, I alway's notice that when school is in session there is alway's a vendor parked there with the umbrella selling crap to the kids. Donuts, candy, soda, etc. Has anybody else seen this? It just seems ridiculous to me that this is allowed to happen. Pathetic actually.

Aren't you usually lamenting the lack of food options in Paulus Hook?
There's no pleasing you!
