the sewer on 5th and jersey was backing up today too, across from rustique.

they are doing Major cleanout of lines on Grand & Warren today, which could be the cause of your problem.

Is anyone else having problems with water back up? I live on Jersey near Grand, where the city comes to regularly clean out the sewer. They came last Thursday and did this, but water started seeping in on Monday through the bathroom sink and then throughout today even though there is no rain. Our plumber says they sometimes clog the main drain as they are cleaning it.
