Hmm, definitely pricey for a truck. Half of the allure of a food truck is that it's usually much cheaper, since they DON'T have the overhead cost of a brick and mortar restaurant.
If the bistro truck in NYC can charge $6 for dijon chicken over cous cous with a gourmet salad, I'm not sure why this cuban truck feels they can get $8 for chicken and rice.

Just reviewed their menu..looks like some choices, however..however, how dare they charge more than 5 dollars for a Cuban Sandwich. Get mine (and it's awesome) at El Fenix Bakery in Union City. They should stick around for dinner time.

Tried a cuban sandwich the other day...not so great. I prefer the Torta from the Taco Truck any day.
