How much is the maintainance and how much is the taxes ?

Some of those large terraces look like they are crumbling...so I am inclined to believe Sutherland's high maintenance idea.
What are some of the asking prices?

I understand the maintenance is rather high and there's a developer who lives there who is very litigious causing some problems.

The price declines on units in this building seem to be greater than those on other units in the neighborhood. Any insight on this?
