Barbara at Artbuilders is the best. She's done a major window rebuild for me, built a new window from my design, and also some smaller repair projects here and there. Her pricing is extremely reasonable, which means she is popular and her time is tight, and you might have to wait awhile for her to take on your project. She has been working for the past few years on restorations (including real Tiffany windows) and new windows at the First Baptist Peddie Memorial Church in Newark, which takes up much of her time.

I have a stained glass replica of Tiffany's A View of Oyster Bay. I had it in my window and the chain slipped and it crashed to the floor.
It's still in one piece but it has three major cracks. I JUST want to get the cracks "reinforced." I KNOW it's irreparable. I don't want to replace it since my dad (who has past) gave it to me. And Oyster Bay is my home town. I'd rather place it on my mantle. I just want to keep it from falling apart.
