It's an airsoft pistol. I can't believe however how real it looks.

Even in operation...

Unbelievably stupid, riding around with a gun that shoots plastic BB's when most of your peers are carrying the real thing.....

Bergen Avenue fight leads to arrests

Saturday, November 28, 2009

Two Jersey City men were charged with aggravated assault and weapons possession after fighting on Bergen Avenue early yesterday, police said. Cops were called to 505 Bergen Ave. at 12:58 a.m. on the report of a street fight.

While driving to the address, officers were stopped at Belmont and Bergen avenues by a 25-year-old Jersey City who pointed to a black Nissan Maxima and said the men inside pointed a gun at him. As police approached the car, driver Ricky Garland, 22, and passenger IQuran Dees, 21, got out, police said. A female passenger remained in the car until police asked her to step out.

Dees then accused the victim of pointing a gun at him, police said, but cops found a .45-caliber silver, Wei-Tec gun on the front passenger-side floor. The female passenger was questioned and released. Both Garland and Dees were charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and aggravated assault.
