It's pretty annoying that they always lack so many details, but race wouldn't help you identify the perp here and you know it.

Either way, nice to see a Goldman employee calling an "up and coming" hood like that his home.

hate to be a one-trick pony, but seriously - there's no more description of these two gentlemen than:

???? goatee can be shaved and hoodie/jeans can be changed. there's no way ethnicity should be omitted, no matter what it is.

View Larger Map 2 knock down door to rob man in home Saturday, September 12, 2009 By MICHAELANGELO CONTE JOURNAL STAFF WRITER A 24-year-old man was held at knifepoint and robbed by two men who kicked down the door of his Jersey City residence near the Holland Tunnel early yesterday, police said. At 12:19 a.m., cops responded to the home at Grove and 16th streets, where the victim said he heard the back door being kicked in and tried to hide in the front bedroom and call 911. But the two robbers forced their way in quickly and one of the men held him on the bedroom floor at knifepoint while the other rummaged through the apartment, reports said. After a few minutes of rummaging, the men ran out through the back door. The robbers stole $15, two cell phones, the victim's Goldman Sachs identification card, a debit card and a number of credit cards, reports said. The victim described one of the thieves as being in his late 20s to early 30s, of medium build with a goatee, reports said, adding that he wore a maroon hoodie and jeans. Anyone with information is asked to call the Jersey City Police Department tip line at (201) 547-JAIL.
