I grew up in the burbs of Cleveland and was recently there visiting. Their roads are actually worse than here.
I get at least 1 flat tire here a year, but that is mainly due to nails!

In it's ugly way, it is the most beautiful thing in the Northeast...I've often thought about that first black arch as the entrance to Hell.
It's got that certain mix of ugly and beauty that is hard to find anywhere else. It is dangerous to drive and though it's been a while for me I still have the white knuckles to prove it. It is UNIQUE!
