I always see lots of cars here in Jersey with the badge of this dealership pasted on the back of the car. A friend of mine bought from this place perhaps this dealership can give you some pointers on purchasing.

I transfered a car here a few years ago. First you will need to get a temp parking permit at the PA to buy you some time for the DMV registration process. Once you have your car registered in NJ then you go back to the PA to get a one year parking permit.

Apparently, the car I want is not available in this region and the closet dealership I can find that has one is in PA.

I was looking at the NJ DMV site and they said it could take 4 - 6 weeks for title transfer. This won't affect getting registered and plates will it?

My concern will be getting a parking permit for the car. Most of the time I do not have to worry about parking when I work dayshift, but occasionally I work evenings so I do not know what to do with the car other than parking it at the mall during the day.

I cannot find any information on the JC Parking Authority site about temporary permits with a new car. Although would they even grant one to me with out of state temp plates?

Would love to hear from anyone who has dealt with this.
