Not quite. A few years back a Jersey City Building Inspector did indeed take a check from a Doctor. Amazing but true.

Good Luck - you're better off going down there and speaking w/ someone - even that is a pain in the @ss. Call and you'll just be put on hold until the building does fall down.

Anyone know the number? I need to make an appointment to have an inspector inspect my deck. I think some of the structural pieces are failing.
