It works better than the County-wide alarm sirens.

Does anyone else notice that the fire alarm at 77 Hudson seems to go off quite a bit? I was annoyed that it was happening during the day, but I know its a new building so I figured they must be testing it. However, now its 5 a.m. on a Saturday morning and I've heard it going off several times already. I live in a building nearby and the alarm is so loud that it sounds like its in my building. Who should I call to complain about this?
