I have a feeling that in the past she may have provided a special service in lieu of a late fee but didnt specify her hours of operation...

Yes, those were my thoughts exactly. If my neighbor OR landlord was in my room exposing himself, I would have had my dog bite his exposed bits or called the cops pronto. Not gone back to sleep. Clearly she was drunk, drugged, or LIKED IT (at least, the first time)

On a side note:

I asked the webmaster to change the title because I might have misread it to mean her landlord when it could have just been her crazy naked neighbor -- I think it is impossible to tell from the article one way or the other.

Cops: Jersey City man broke into tenant's apartment and exposed himself

A Jersey City man was arrested early today on charges of exposing himself to a female tenant in his building after he broke into her apartment, left, came back, and left again, reports said.

Norman Solares, 31, of North Street, was charged with burglary, lewdness and unlawful weapons possession, police said.

At 3 a.m., the woman awoke in the bedroom of her first-floor apartment to find Solares, who lives on the second floor, exposing his genitals to her and making sexual advances, reports said.

But Solares, who damaged her door and the door frame to gain entry, left the apartment and went back upstairs to his unit, report said. And the woman went back to sleep, reports said.

But shortly after she woke up and found the man sleeping on the floor next to her bed, reports said.

Solares then woke up and went back upstairs, reports said.

But this time the woman called police, who found a five-inch steak knife in the hallway that Solares used to break into the first floor apartment and discovered a similar knife on Solares' kitchen counter, reports said.

Police found him lying in bed, apparently hung over, reports said.
