The developer, Treetop Development, also built the Ivy House behind 50 Columbus. There will be 76 one and two bedroom apartment units and 3,500 square feet of retail.

From the current Downtown development map it looks like that site will house 76 apartments, 3,900 sq ft of retail and will have 50 parking spaces. 209-217 Newark Avenue
