Just can't stay away

Hi all, my wife and I moving into a building in Exchange Place in a few weeks and we need help planning our living space on a smaller budget. Does anyone have a recommendation for an interior decorator?

Did anyone know that Super Discount is closing / has closed? When I do travel to the dollar store, which is rare, in prefer 99 cent dream.

Looks like all of the equipment and decor was moved out of this business recently. I hope the space can turn into a nice restaurant. This area of downtown is lacking in good Indian food as the market is already saturated in pizza, Nail and Asian fusion establishments.

I've noticed that Porta Pizza (next to Two Boots) has colorized their wooden construction wall outside. Their expected opening was supported to be at the end of last month, does anyone have an updated opening week? Also will this location also feature a dance club?

Just an FYI, according to Wikipedia since I can't find this info anywhere else at the moment...path will be more expensive than the nyc subway.

As of October 1, 2014, a single PATH ride will rise to $2.75; two-trip tickets will be $5.50; 10-trip, $21; 20-trip, $42; 40-trip, $84 ($2.10 per trip); a seven-day unlimited, $29; and a 30-day unlimited, $89.

Just be prepared. Bring a small flashlight and maybe a sealed bottle of water everytime you make the trip. The tunnels are hot and dark, I wouldn't be surprised if we see brownouts and/or blackouts this week in the city. Just wanted to throw that out there.
