What kind of dumbasses handout cash to people in hope of stimulating the economy. The issue of redistributing wealth FROM the middle class aside, most of those money will be put under the mattress given the current consumer sentiment and does absoutely nothing in stimulating the economy. Bush already tried it, that 500(?) cash made a blip on radar then went away. Obama must be batshit crazy to try this again, seriously what are those guys thinking.

12 trillion in debt, 500billion a year in interest payment, social security and medicare on deck. But at least we have nice seats in the path trains now!!

Hudson sheriff warns about stimulus check scam

Hudson County Sheriff Juan Perez is warning that if that no-strings attached offer of $7,000 seems too good to be true, that's because it is.

There's a new scam in which a mailer offers residents a "secondary stimulus check'' for $7,000, he said.
