Election season is picking up full-swing. May will be here before you know it. Yawn.

Thank you for your support. I am very happy in what I do for a living and a proud person. Though I have no intentions to run for office, I will dedicate some of my time taking on and bringing issues front and center. It is about time we hold our elected officials accountable no matter who's administration is in office. We people of Jersey City have let this go on far too long, but it is never too late to take action. If we can get a great majority of Jersey Citizens to rise up and get involved, we will make things better in Jersey City. If we have learned anything we cannot just leave it to people we elected...if we want ACCOUNTABILITY we must demand it.

I, for one, would cast my vote for JRL. If only he was running for elected office. I would donate not only time, but money, to his campaign.

So to you JRL I say. This city needs you! Run for office!

Turn back the clock 16 years, nicer stores, cleaner streets, a lot less crime, no gangs, drugs not being sold. Now store owners fear being robbed, gangs and drug dealers occupy the area..I'm talking about Central Avenue District...16 years of Bill Gaughan must be enough. While he does some nice things for Senior Citizens, like bring them ice cream, just maybe the Seniors Citizens would like to be able to take a walk on Central Avenue, shop, get their own ice cream sit on bench enjoying the ice cream, but they can't, they have to worry about being mugged. Nice job Gaughan! Gaughan would rather spend time down the shore, than Central Ave or any other part of his ward. Like Healy's camapign slogan says, Change we can see...I guess you can call that change, the wrong kind of change. Healy could not even change a councilman on his ticket who is not getting the job done. We need to make a change and Vote These Guys Out. They are out of touch. You never see Gaughan or Healy taking a stroll on Cental Avenue in the evening. If they do go to Central Ave it's during the day and with a police escort. Wonder why?
