Its amazing that this city can never keep that area of 440 and Communipaw clean. Im mostly talking about the island area where the grass is always high & garbage is everywhere. What a WELCOME TO JERSEY CITY!

Does anyone know what's going on in the empty lot at the intersection of Route 440 and Communipaw on the westside of JC?? For those of you familiar this is the piece of land that always featured the rugs for sale. There is a lot of work being done within the fenced in land. Any info would be appreciated.
