The best way to search our Message Forum is to click the "Advanced Search" link at the BOTTOM of this page. It will bring you here: http://jclist.com/modules/newbb/search.php
This "Advanced Search" link is displayed once you enter the Message Forum and does not appear on the front page. Our front page displays recently replied topics on our message forum, at the bottom of the list there are 3 links "Posts, Topics, Forums". If you click on "Topics" you will get the same list again with page numbers at the bottom and the top. This is an easy way to browse the Message Forum. A feature that i'd like to see: On the main JCList page, a button or link to see older posts. As it stands now you have click into each individual forum before you can get old posts (that is, without searching for them). This feature is available if you click into any of the forum categories, but not on the main page.
Unless I'm blind...

^if you use the jclist search feature, it's very slow and doesn't always find what you're looking for. but if you go to google and type in "site:www.jclist.com xxxxxx" (without quotes, where xxxxx stands for what you're searching for), then google will only search within jclist for whatever it is that youre looking for

I'm posting this because I woke up too early and I'm very bored. Someone posted a few months back that this site needs a Google site search. It already has one. Just go to Google search and type this: site:www.jclist.com dog
Now aren't you happy you know that?
