Cordish isn't all bad. They developed Charleston Place in Charleston, SC, which is quite nice. I'd take one of those here ...

I'd bet 5 bucks it ends up as a Barnes & Noble... just like the Powerhouse in Baltimore the company redeveloped.

I've heard that it's being redeveloped by the Cordish Company. Supposedly under the guise of furthering the area as an arts district, and providing for "mixed use" space. I hope it's not a rouse for us to believe it will provide for additional galleries, installation/perfoming art space.
Because based on the their website, and previous projects, I think Cordish's notion of "mixed-use" is a bit different than the pitch that's being used. www.cordish.com
