Another major force in changing the way that consumers watch movies is Netflix, which launched in 1998 to offer DVD rentals by mail. For the first time, Netflix gave consumers all over the country access to obscure titles that previously had little or no distribution

what an interesting topic

i was walking near grove street a couple of weeks ago
and i just happen to come across a postal worker emptying a corner mailbox
the darn thing was filled with netflix envelops
he said netflix was a significant part of his daily work

my guess is that downtown has a significantly higher netflix penetration than most areas

i did rent this one which is why it probably made the list as i don't think it is ver popular
