Are they looking for input, or just to tell people about stuff? I imagine any input they receive will be promptly ignored, right?

If you haven't done this before, it's not a terrible idea to sign up for this. They gave us free sandwiches and a 40-ride quick card for our time.
It was a somewhat frustrating experience, because the execs just gave us lines of bull rather than anything approaching sincerity. But if you can tolerate having smoke blown up your ass, it's probably worth it for the small amounts of information you gain + a few free meals and the card.

Thank you for your interest in the PATH Patron Advisory Committee, to be held for four consecutive Wednesdays: October 16, October 23, October 30, and November 6. All four sessions meet at PATH's Journal Square Transportation Center, located at PATH's Journal Square Station. Each session begins promptly at 6 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m.
