As a monthly parking spot renter, I can tell you it's slim pickings around here. Find one and hold onto it tight! Oh, and be prepared to pay $250+/mo.

Hi, I recently changed jobs and am a mass transit commuter again!
I'm wondering if anyone has any good recommendations/knows someone who is renting a monthly parking spot downtown around Van Vorst. I see a lot of private lots, but don't know how to inquire - I assume you have to know someone. Any recs?
