A decent 1br for 1200 is a little below market for that area unless you are willing to live in a basement.

I will be moving to JC in the near future, I have friends that live on 2nd( by Lucky 7s) and I loved the area. I am looking to max at 1200 but I would like the rent to be lower, is this possible and what should I use to find places?
