Thanks for going thru the trouble of posting these photos. I've been on Google maps Street View, but I can't determine if I'm really looking at 7 Griffith. I thought I had the right Google image for a relatives house in Secaucus, but when I made an in-person visit, it was the house next door that was the correct one.

You might want to contact someone at city hall to see if they make tax photos available to the public, they may have photos of the property taken decades ago.

What years are we talking about? 1 Paterson Plank road has been the site of railroad tracks for many years. It is now lightrail tracks. You may be in luck though because there are many old postcards and old photos of that area. I'll try to dig some up later and post them.

I am writing my family's history from when they immigrated to the US from Germany and settled in Jersey City.
They lived at 7 Griffith Street and 1 Paterson Plank Road. If you live on either one of these streets can you please tell me if these two homes still standing? I would love a digital picture also if you have one. Thank you very much, -David
