Search the tax records here by location:
https://www.cityofjerseycity.com/WebTaxInquiry/AccountSearch.aspx It'll give you that corporation name again, and it should have an address for the corporation, assuming the tax bills are being sent somewhere other than the property itself.

The City office that told you the name of the coporation most likey also has an address on file for the corporation. The address of the purchaser is also listed on all titles and recorded with the County. Third, you can probably get the name of the agent who can accept service of process for the corporation through the State's Department of State. And, as a last ditch effort you should try sending certified mail to the abandoned address and see if there are forwarding instructions.
Actually, now that I think about it some more, if the building is truly abandoned the city or the county might own it by now. The tax assessor's officeis almost certain to have vaild contact info. Either way, there's most likely a tax lein of some kind on the title. Finally, if you want to put your money where your mouth is you can hire a title search company, attorney, process server or some combination of the three to find the info you need. Don't forget, all of this is public info so don't let anyone turn you away on some bogus claim that they "can't give that info out." Those are my suggestions.

The reason why I ask, is because i would like to purchase a condemened house.
Since nobody can live in it, I have no way to speak to the person. I read online that I can contact the Housing Authority, but when i did, they said that they only handle public buildings. Who, in Jersey City, can I contact to get info? (P.S. I contacted City Hall, the redirected me to someone, and that person gave me info, but he only named the name of a corporation that owned the place, no number)
