Now, knowing how cheap New Jersey and Port Authority construction can be, I'm betting the whole plaza structure will collapse due to the decorations being asymmetrical.

I heard this idiot on NPR today, saying how the wreaths drive people with OCD crazy. OMG. Is that where we are now? Wreaths as triggers that cannot be tolerated? Of all the insane things on JC roads, this is the one to make a crusade about?

The Port Authority on Wednesday caved to public pressure over Holland Tunnel holidays decorations that are driving motorists mad ? and decided to put the whole thing to a vote.

In a cheeky release announcing the poll, the PA referenced the classic poem ?Twas the Night before Christmas,? writing: ?From the media arose such a clatter, that the only solution would be to settle the matter?by asking the public, ?What do you think?? If we?re going to move trees, we should all be in sync!?

It's called "Balance." The tree is CENTERED between the two wreaths... not so difficult a concept. The "A" is not centered.
