I know also when they transport elderly to and from hospitals,as they do at all hours, they rarely turn on their sirens.

Can anyone propose a theory behind the mysterious JCMC ambulances stopped on 7th st last night at 1:30 am?

2 ambulances stopped in the middle of the block. Lights flashing. Motors loudly idling. No sirens. No cops. No one in the cabs of the ambulances. No lights on in any of the surrounding houses. No activity of any sort for 15-20 minutes. Then they drive off. Still silent.

Is this what covert-ops looks like to bystanders?
