Repointing the back of the building is on the list of repairs for this spring. Front has already been taken care off.

You need your foundation repointed, badly. A child could have pulled that brick out.

Nasty critters. The bigger question is whether that raccoon is now a squatter in your basement, or homeless!

One of my tenants told me she heard scrapping noise that greatly excited her dog. Went into the backyard and found the following:
Something completely shredded a metal crawlspace vent cover, yanked loose one brick, and pulled out foam and cellulose insulation. Fifteen years in Jersey City and this is the first time I have seen something like this.
