no but really, i've gotten myself to their counter at the hotel before but they will come get you and take you to the counter for free if you want .

They have a little counter inside the hotel lobby. We've rented from them several times and they've always been friendly.

I reserved a rental car from here for tomorrow. Has anybody rented a car from there? Where is it exactly? I can't recall having ever seen it.
