Of course its a scam, these are public roads and public sidewalks - who knows, somone might be getting a kick back!

Take photos and email - Police / JCPA / City Hall and most importantly the media.
The shame game always gets results

It would be great to have photos showing JCPA 'sailing' past illegally parked cars in your collection to pass on.

Well then I'll have to catch them in the act of parking cars on half of the sidewalk then threaten to call the police. That should solve the problem.

I have called JCPA many times about this, Never helped but the more we call the better

it's called bribery.. it is quite effective in Jersey City.

AND they park the cars on half the sidewalk - difficult for strollers and grocery buggies to get by. There are so few sidewalks along this part of Zone 4 - to have any parking on street forces the pedestrians into the middle of the road.

Street cleaning rules are not enforced, nor is the street getting actually cleaned where posted on Warren Street. These nasty commuters are constantly throwing their trash from their cars into the street/curbs/sidewalks. There is actually a fair amount of public garbage cans in the area. I hate broken beer and Snapple bottles!!

I doubt the cars parked on Warren actually have zone 4 or I permits. And do the cars parked along city-owned commuter parking on the street actually have permits? I know JCPA loves to ticket on C. Columbus, but they are less diligent to give out tickets adjacent to these overflowing commuter parking lots.

We need signs clearly marking what parking where and we need SIDEWALKS!

why don't you call the JCPA and let them know. Are you sure they are parking illegaly?

Parking Lot on the corner of Morgan & Warren street is once Again parking there overflow cars on Morgan Street Illegally.
JCPA drives right by everyday but tickets other cars.

How do they keep getting away with this?
