Just can't stay away

Our condo garage door - an industrial metal rolling door, installed when the building was rehabilitated in 1989 - is giving tenants living over the garage entrance problems due to the noise and vibrations, and seems to be at the end of its service life. We are getting estimates to repair, or replace components or the door in its entirety. Can anyone give a referal to a contractor or supplier? Thanks!
