Downtown Hardware replaces screens, which is what I assume HP means, not patching it. It's actually pretty easy and cheap to do once you know how, aluminum less so than plastic. I even made screen tops for our reptile tanks.

Out of curiosity, why not just go to Loews/Home Depot/local hardware store and buy a new one? Unless this is something unusual like a full window screen or something, in which case, disregard.
