We had ours replaced about three years ago. We used All week plumbing and paid a little over $400.00.
The dry ice used to freeze the pipe did not work , our pipe is larger than average is what I was told. Had a flood until the plumber could get the valve on. All Week Plumbing 201-558-0558 I believe they still offer a 10% discount.

Has anyone had their water main valve replaced (that is, inside the house on the street side of the meter)? Who did you use to do the work? How much did it cost?
