Old Colony Plaza where Pathmark is always has guys hanging around looking to carry groceries and such. I am sure they would help. Just don't do it alone, you don't know these people either.

Hello. I need someone to carry a window ac unit from my car up 3 flights of stairs into my apartment and put it in the window as soon as possible. I wanted to find a day laborer to do this... you know like the guys who hang out at the Auto Zone parking lot on Secaucus Road in the Heights. I just don't want to have to go all the way there and back to find some help. Let me know if you or anyone you know can help me.
