This is NOT a done deal by any stretch. If BSC was bought for $2 a share, why did the share price never hit that? It traded at 4x that today. Something is up here and it will all come out soon enough.

The level of risk that the firm undertook was never factored into its valuation. But then that was the whole problem with mortgage securities, wasn't it?
