I guess my video worked somewhat, the 2018 Friendly is fixed and the 2019 Friendly Budget is up, plus the 2019 Annual Debt is up. Missing is the 2019 Annual Audit and the 2019 Annual Financial. The 2019 and 2020 vacant properties are not listed.

There is a resolution of tax appeals for overpayment for the June 10th meeting. No figures are included. Previous administrations had numbers attached to their resolutions.

When JC does bonds, these documents are listed for bond holders. So they are done, but they are not listed.

Isn't the CFO position still vacsnt after the city fired it's last CFO and transition to a new municipal clerk. That might explain the temporary absence of the documents from the website.

An oversight is one year, it is not two years, both 2019 and 2020 are missing (Friendly Budget). Besides, it does not answer the question on why other data is not on the website.

You may find the budget document on the State's website along with the remaining 565 municipalities for any given year. I've posted the link on this website before in response to a prior post by you.
I'm sure it is a simple oversight by the city and one that can be rectified easily if it is clearly communicated to start with. That is, I hope you did not dorect the clerk's office to watch a youtube video to communicate a simple and direct equest.

I called the state, but I did not record the conversation, it is state law to have it posted and available for the public. But that is not the point, JC Guys, current public information should be on the city's website. Besides, it is more than the friendly budget as I have noted in my video. So why are you defending this administration who is lax in this manner?

It really is a slipper slope with you Yvonne. It looks like to me that the user friendly budget for 2019 is missing it should have been posted, especially after you alerted the city to it being missing. It's not a state law however that the city must post its debt per capita. Lol
