There are now 4 gaping holes in the plaza at Exchange place, next to Exchange Place Center (10 Exchange Place). They're covered up with plywood, trash cans, and - since they're running out of stuff - newspaper stands. There are another 4 or 5 of these crappy concrete blocks that are deteriorating and will become holes soon.

Who should I contact about these things? It's a safety concern, and it looks hideous and cheap having freaking plywood covering up a 5-foot deep hole in an otherwise nice plaza.
