Seems to have been training for an active shooter incident on Sunday morning. From police radio transmissions, it sounded like an inter-agency drill.

When I drove past the PATH station in Newport this morning, there was a mass of police, a vehicle that said 'Dept. of Homeland Security, and a high rise building was yellow taped off.
Terror training drills?
