He was a drug dealer and gang banger... who was arrested several times. The JJ always leaves that part out of the story.

Javonte Galbreath was pronounced dead at Jersey City Medical Center-Barnabas Health at around 9:10 p.m., approximately one hour after he was shot in the mid-section near the corner of Winfield and Ocean avenues, according to Suarez.
