You recall the music store, right? here's a little story, the recording mechanism was broken and never on. the cameras existed solely so that someone in the back room could see what was happening in the front.

Is 5'8" short? I am 5'8" and don't consider myself short.

Confound you corn-fed Americans!

It's funny how these cameras never work when you need them. Timing is everything with all the stuff in the store the thief happend to reach over and grab the money when the clerk took a break, I bet the register will be locked next time. The one and only time I went in there the clerk could even understand what a cough drop was. And you don't have to apologize for stating DT I would have been more surprised if you didn't.

JERSEY CITY- Police are searching for a short, heavy-set teenager they believe stole $145 from a Jersey Avenue deli on Saturday night.

Around 9 p.m. Saturday, police responded to Marow Deli at 514 Jersey Ave. and spoke with a store clerk who said when she returned from the bathroom, she saws a teenage man reaching into the cash register, reports state.

The man, described as 5-foot-8 with a heavy build and short braids, fled the store with $145 in an unknown direction, reports state.

According to police, the clerk and a store manager said that the teenager frequents the store. Police said the store does have a camera, but it was unclear if the incident was caught on tape.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call (201)-547-JAIL.
