Thomas Roberson, of the 100 block of Myrtle Avenue, is charged with possession, possession with intent to distribute, and possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of School 34, located at Kennedy Boulevard and Warner Avenue, the criminal complaint says. Jersey City felon facing multiple cocaine, heroin charges A 36-year-old Jersey City man with 20 prior arrests is facing multiple cocaine and heroin related charges following his arrest yesterday. He made his first appearance on the charges in Central Judicial Processing court in Jersey City this afternoon.
