I used to live at 94 Wayne St...and that skelleton has been dangling from that sign since I noticed him the summer of 2008!
It's a slap in the face to all the Po-Po who can't figure it out... I dare anyone to try and take that thing down. Let's lynch that bag of bones once and for all! Who's with me???? Let's say 4:30 tomorrow night?

It maybe halloween...but the skeleton has been there for about a year now. Gang related? probably, but not sure.
I love how those are quick to call names...are not observant..at all.

It's a very cool skeleton. BTW they finally replaced the burnt-out light in the back of the playground. Now the park is a lot less spooky.
