It's not Jersey City, but they put up a small skate park on the waterfront in Hoboken. It's around 10th street and the river.
Other than that, wasn't there some talk about building something under the turnpike?

Are you sure you're not just looking at your quarterly statement? The city sends them out to notify you what's owed, but your mortgage company ought to take care of the payments.

Yup, White Star's got a good burger and their fries are top notch. Personally, I've been pretty pleased with most of the stuff on their menu.

On the surface it sounds great to me. Does anyone know how reliable these city-wide systems are? Also how does it get paid for, and what does it cost to maintain?

I'd support this. More and more these days, I read about how cameras like the ones you are proposing, are helping law enforcement. It's a shame that it's come to this, but I'm behind it 100%.
