Sounds like the tow truck company enforcing the quality of life crimes that we should expect.

Just imagine how many more of these infractions would be caught by simply enforcing all QOL laws.

Exactly, in this case the lease is auto extended to February by wording in the lease.

Since the lease is extended month-month, rajraj is liable for February.

Are you kidding? Am i supposed to feel bad for you? Sure, the parking authority is (absurdly) aggressive, but if you're racking up this many fines and tickets, then:
a. you / your husband are terrible drivers
b. you continue to break existing laws
c. you should've lost your license by now

I feel bad for you for the repeated break ins, that is unacceptable, but you're not getting my sympathy for the amount of tickets you earn.

Does the lease actually stipulate that you can evict or cancel the lease due to late payment?

If I were you I would just start charging late fees when the rent is late based on the amount stipulated in the lease. He signed it and you are due any occurring late fees.

If you want to go out to the theaters among adults and well somewhat controlled kids then your best bets are Edgewater Multiplex or Batter Park Stadium 16.

Anywhere else in this area and you will disappointed.
