The local real estate board is the Liberty Board of Realtors (https://www.libertyboardofrealtors.com/), but I am not sure they handle property management. They may be able to help you find the right people to get in touch with.

I am an out of state owner of a unit in JC im renting out. Ive used Del Forno for my PM for the past 9 years without major issues but I mostly dealt with a professional lady that left the company last year.

Since then its been a revolving door of new people. They have become completely unresponsive by email and phone the last two months. One employee that bothers to respond by email has been telling me false information, ignores my questions, and has been basically delaying my tenant move out (I am looking to sell my unit).

Is there anything I can do in this situation including any complaints to any JC real estate boards?
